I wear I care

I totally love the fact that H&M is working as such a strong medium to bring awareness to HIV/AIDS and to fight against it by giving 25% of each of the 'Fashion Against Aids' products or purchase going to HIV/AIDS prevention projects for youth all over the world.
Besides that, I really like what they came up with for the collection with bright, metallic and airy colours, and not to forget the prices are nice too.

Givenchy by Ricardo Tisci x Converse Addict All Star Hi

Now this is an interesting collaboration between Givenchy and Converse Japan, on the Addict All Star Hi. It clearly shows the Givenchy influences from its latest fall 2011 collection, with the fascination of Ricardo Tisci over Gothic theme.

I love how they managed to create an in theory so conspicuous design, yet so subtle at the same time, with it being black all over with a shiny leopard print, the big cross on top, and the spikes in the back. It's interesting how they've used the white piping on the midsole to create this visual effect of erasing the blackness as entirety, which give a neater approach to the whole and also trough this line drawing your attention to the spikes in the back.

I really wish they would sell these amazing Converse in Europe, but alas they are only available in Japan, with the release date on 27 April 2011.
It really would have been a perfect gift seeing the release date is on my birthday tomorrow :(

Must Have These Baby's!

So summer is just around the corner, and I need some shoes that are easy, comfy, and yet fashionable at the same time. And these baby's are classic, the Vans Classic Checkerboard Slip-On. First gained true popularity through Sean Penn as the perfect stoner Jeff Spicoli in "Fast Times At Ridgemont High " and still maintaining its edge to this day.

So basically I just wanna show my new tees, can you blame me...

Today was a good day...

Ok today was like awesomeeeeeeeee :D

Today me and my sweet lil' sister Giulipulieeee went chillin' and shoppin' / shoppin' and chillin' , and we decided to pay a lil' visit to the Oqium store, seeing we haven't been there in like a really long time, and as soon as we step into the store, BAM it's Eldrick! For all you crazy people who don't know who that is, it's the guy (the only star of that show) from the Dutch So You Think You Can Dance! And as soon as we step into the store, everyone was silent and we felt the eyes in our back, but you know me and Giul, we play it cool (hey that rhymed!:D). So he started by saying, those shoes are dope right, and we like yeah fo shizz, and really from that point I decided we gotta chat with this guy, so we did, and the whole thing turned out so freaking awesome that at one point he and giul started dancing ballet in the store and when he left I got three kisses (ahhhh..)

Also Giul and Isaak - the guy who works there and is also (apparantly) a really good dancer - finally connected, cause these two see each other in the randstad rail every schoolday and never say hi, eventhough they sort of know each other but never really introduced you know, so that was hilarious and after Oqium, we thought, what the hey, let's go to the Gorilli store and we practically chilled there for almost an hour and when the new delivery of fresh ass Hellz Bellz arrived we actually opened the boxes with the owner of the store and straight out of the box and the plastic I started trying out the new gear and as a result I did buy three tees, which is awesome:D But the fact that it was soo chillin at these stores was freakin' amazing...

later on we got a little hungry and thirsty and had been meaning to try out the bubbletea at this sushi place, so we went, and also apparantly there happened to work a kinda cute, sort of chinese Taeyang kinda guy, so Giul was smitten from the start and I kinda felt him checkin us out, but you know how asian people are, they just freakin look and that's it :S So after we left we dropped the whole cool act and when he looked outside towards us I raised up my thumbs, big ass smile and so did Giul, which left him sort of confused I presume:p

But yeah today was awesome and should really take some more pictures or let Giul take some pictures, but here's what I got

Ok seriously, have absolutely done nothing with my blog, the last time was probably a half year back or so:S Anywhooo I'm making a commitment right now (and hopefully one I can really keep:P) to frequently update my blog eventhough I seriously only have 2 followers, but perhaps you know, that will change in the future, and change for the best, I mean:D

But so much stuff has happened and I will be posting more about myself instead of fashion pics i got from fashiongonerogue. So hopefully this will turn out more original and close to me.

Dangerous couture and my next hairstyle

Jeez, you just gotta love Karl Lagerfeld and Numéro when you see these pictures. Honestly I think Numéro is a much more creative and more beautiful magazine than any other Vogue, ok so maybe the Vogue Paris knows how to nail it some of the times, but still if you want to see amzing photography, crazy beautiful poses and amazing fashion, you gotta have Numéro, jus saying. Truth

BTW, why must Karl's boyfriend be in every photo he makes, ok here it kinda works nicely, but seriously also in the Fendi ad campaigns you could see him vaguely, and really there was no reason for him to be in it. I guess it has its perks being Karl's lover. Jus saying...

Not fair...

Every girl finds herself now and then in a situation where they were wishing that they were the other girl. The girl that is just so goddamn beautiful while still being very natural ànd talented ànd succesful, and pretty much who is 10x better at everything than you, or so we think, 'because we all are unique and special in our own way' (I don't know what nutjob invented that oh so cheesy line, but I'm sticking with it for now). But yeah, when I look at her (the girl from the pictures, you never know who might not understand what I'm saying), I kinda really wish I would look exactly like that for maybe a day and if that pans out a week, or a month, whatever...

When I think of Brigitte Bardot, I think of this beauty that is soo bombshell and unique in its own way and can never be achieved without plastic surgery (Pamela Anderson, anybody..) but as I ran into these pics from Miss and soon-to-be Mrs. Lara Stone, I was proven wrong and slightly, really, with just a hint of, jealous.

But hey, she's Dutch, I'm Dutch, in the end it's all good...

Cracked out Amy gone Beautiful??

It's been such a looong time since i did my last post, but fuckit, my blog and my time:D Anyways, i've lately been watching BullyBeatdown, and OMG could there be a better show out there?!, I think not! And I guess the host and pro MMA fighter Mayhem Miller has something to do with that as well, how can someone be that funny and sympethatic while at the same time punching people for a living, well it's possible and you know what, I kinda think he's my new crush, and that means something cause I used to have a long and huge crush on Jensen Ackles from Supernatural, but I digress. So, now I have this new crush, and I wanted to find out more about him, so I checked his site and read his blog, turns out this guy is really smart and unscripted funny, which intensified my crush, anyways he said something about dating cracked-out insane Amy Whinehouse and I found these pics, and I kinda think he wouldn't bother of a cracked-out, ugly AmyWhinehouse once you have this girl with the same style as her. (But you know, like deep deep inside I kinda wish he would wanna go out with me. Don't tell him :P)
